About Us

Vikram is an astrologer, life coach and data scientist, guiding people in making decisions when they find themselves in the cross roads in their lives. He believes that we each have what it takes to be committed, selfless, disciplined, humble, loyal and successful.

He has a Master’s Degree in Data Science from ISB Hyderabad and a  Bachelor’s in Economics from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He also has a post-graduate diploma in Vedic Astrology. He presently lives in a small international community in South India.

Sidharth Agarwal is the founder of ManKind Project India and currently serves as its Executive Director and Lead Facilitator.

He is a lifelong educator with a fierce passion to help kids and adults realise their full human potential. As a leadership development coach and a certified men's coach, he has led workshops and retreats around the world. He brings a unique combination of modalities to his work which include Mindfulness, Co-active Coaching, Non-violent Communication (NVC), Radical Honesty, Conscious Leadership , and Yoga. He leads contemplative leadership journeys to the Everest Basecamp in Nepal twice a year. His individual coaching practice is at www.wildmancoaching.com.

He is an avid Vipassana meditator and has served and attended several 10-day silent meditation retreats over the last decade.
